About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and highly credible integrity professional to lead our Integrity function across our Asian Sourcing organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for advancing our ethics agenda, overseeing investigations into misconduct and compliance concerns, strengthening our Integrity Program, and fostering a culture of ethical business practices throughout our operations and supply chain network. This role will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, suppliers, production partners, and external service providers.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Investigations & Resolution ManagementLead and oversee investigations into allegations involving breaches of the Code of Ethics & Conduct, company policies, integrity standards, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with external compliance providers to facilitate investigations and ensure appropriate resolution of reported concerns.Determine appropriate resolution channels, corrective actions, and escalation requirements, exercising sound judgment in complex and sensitive situations.Drive Integrity Program ExcellenceManage and continuously enhance C&A's Fairness Channel and integrity reporting framework.Monitor program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices.Develop, maintain, and update integrity-related policies, procedures and training materials.Training, Communication & Stakeholder EngagementDeliver integrity and compliance training programs for employees and supply chain partners, fostering awareness and understanding of ethical standards and expected business conduct.Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on ethics standards and decisions.Build trusted relationships with leaders and business partners across different cultures and geographies.Risk Management & GovernanceProvide regular updates, insights, and reporting to senior management and the Integrity Committee.Identify integrity and compliance risks proactively and implement preventive and corrective actions.Ensure the confidentiality of investigations, sensitive legal communications, and company intellectual property.
RequirementsExtensive experience in integrity, ethics, compliance, corporate investigations, or related fields.Deep expertise in conducting and managing fraud, bribery, misconduct, and other sensitive investigations.Strong knowledge of compliance program development, risk management, policy governance, and ethics frameworks.Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with senior executives, business leaders, frontline employees, and external partners.Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse cultures, markets, and regional teams within a global organization.Analytical, investigative, strong in reporting, and with the ability to translate findings into practical actions.Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team.A high level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and independent judgement.Experience working within retail or supply chain environments being highly preferred.
