Key Responsibilities
Drive Supply Ops, monitor and improve key operational metrics (Eg – Live tracking, Bus cancellations, DMS adoption, etc. Analyse operational & business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards. Work closely with cross functional departments to resolve issues and improve service quality. Assisting in defining SOPs, tracking, ensuring adherence & execution Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, supply, support, CRM, etc.). Ensure adherence to operational standards and policies.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech / MBA
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in operations, account management
