Job Description

Job responsibilities:

PhonePe prioritizes building manager capability as managers are key to driving team performance and achieving organizational goals. As an L & D specialist you’ll be focussing on building core Expectations of a People Manager at PhonePe which are: Managers are critical in three areas: driving organizational goals, fostering a positive team environment, and enabling individuals to perform at their best across the employee lifecycle. The core job responsibilities will include:

Content Development

Content ideation: Develop content of programs and establish importance of these programs by ensuring relevance to the core job responsibilities of people managersStakeholder management: Create and enrich training content, pre and post program materials based on primary and secondary research by partnering with business leaders and HRBP’s to capture the learning needs and ensure contextualization of content accordinglyBranding: Create push mechanisms to brand programs, courses and workshops to engage participantsJourney consolidation: Identify courses and levers to enrich LMS in order to build a coherent learner journey.

Program management:

Program effectiveness: Ensuring effectiveness and end to end execution of in-house as well external training programs and ensuring seamless experience for participants with respect to content refinement, infrastructure and time management. Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of programs and processes on an ongoing basisKnowledge Management: Curate the program microsite and learning materials. Keep all session recordings and improvement / attendance logs up-to-date to provide a reliable, single source of data analysis.

Vendor Management

Drive the full vendor lifecycle by aligning project requirements with Business Finance, setting clear vendor expectations, and negotiating contracts. Execute all procurement operations smoothly, including PR/PO creation, approvals, timely invoice processing, and contract closures.
