Full job description
We are looking for L3 DBA resources with 10+ years of experience who can work on perf tuning, GoldenGate, and RAC.
Requirements:
Experience working at banks is preferred.
10+ years of enterprise Oracle database experience with 3+ years of preferred hands-on banking/financial services.
Expert-level experience in Oracle RAC, Data Guard / Active Data Guard, RMAN, AWR/ASH performance diagnostics, partitioning and advanced compression, and OEM.
Strong experience in large OLTP workloads (high TPS environments).
Experience handling multi-terabyte databases.
Strong scripting/automation experience (Shell, Python, Ansible).
Technical Skills (Expanded)
Oracle 12c/19c/21c/26AI architecture.
ASM and storage management.
Exadata (Smart Scan, Storage Indexes, HCC).
GoldenGate (replication and migration scenarios).
Database upgrades and migration strategies.
Edition-Based Redefinition (EBR).
SQL Plan Management (SPM).
Real Application Testing (RAT).
Resource Manager.
Connection pooling (WebLogic, application integration).
Linux performance diagnostics (vmstat, iostat, top, sar).
Network latency analysis.
Cloud exposure (OCI preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle OCP / OCM certification.
Experience with Exadata or engineered systems.
Exposure to cloud-native database architectures.
Experience in regulatory audits within the banking sector.
