Influence and Collaboration: Serve as a subject matter authority on programming topics; collaborate proactively with data management, development operations, clinical, biometrics, and other teams to meet end-user reporting needs and resolve issues quickly.
Mentorship and Capability Building: Mentor and coach junior programmers; provide cross-training, technical guidance, and support to ensure the availability and sustainability of high-quality reports and dashboards for internal and external users.
Documentation and Compliance: Oversee complete, accurate documentation of programming activities, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, guidelines, and best of industry practices.
