6–12 years of experience in warehouse design, logistics engineering, supply chain engineering, or distribution center planning

Defining PFEP for current and future process / product lines Experience designing large-scale warehouses and distribution centers. Experience in manufacturing env, automotive, or 3PL environments preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Intra-logistics and Material Flow Planning for New Products and CI Changes Lead or support process optimization and logistics excellence initiatives across inbound, outbound, and warehousing operations. Drive digitalization projects in logistics—covering warehouse automation, data visibility, and digital dashboards. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, SCM, IT, Finance) to ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives. Benchmark best practices from industry leaders to enhance Schneider’s Warehouse and logistics performance
