Provide advice and support based on Tesco UK business policy to UK and ROI Tesco colleagues . Take end to end ownership of a query till the time it is resolved . Work in partnership with other product and Tier team to provide quicker resolution . To identify and resolve gaps in the pay which has resulted in over or underpayment for a UK & ROI colleague .
