What will you do?

Design and implement data governance frameworks that uphold quality, compliance, and security standards Define data standards for quality, access, retention, and classification in collaboration with key stakeholders Lead the adoption and maintenance of our Data Cataloguing and Data Quality Platform Authorize data access requests and ensure alignment between data strategies and organizational goals

Data Analytics — intermediate level; analyzing data patterns to inform governance decisions and quality improvements Data Governance — intermediate level; implementing policies that ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance Data Security — intermediate level; establishing controls to protect sensitive data and mitigate risk Collaboration — developing level; partnering with cross-functional teams to align on data standards and practices Data Lifecycle Management — developing level; overseeing data from creation through archival to ensure proper handling Metadata Management — developing level; maintaining accurate data catalogues that support discoverability and usage Change Management — developing level; driving adoption of new governance processes across the organization Customer Orientation — developing level; understanding stakeholder needs to deliver data solutions that add value
