Job Overview

The Snr. Analyst– Compensation & Benefits will provide consultative, analytical, and operational Compensation and Benefits support for India, in alignment with regional and global frameworks

The Snr. Analyst - Compensation & Benefits will provide operational support to business in partnership with HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and regional Compensation and Benefits teams . This position reports to the Snr. Manager, Compensation and Benefits – India and works closely with the relevant Compensation team in the US and the APAC regional C&B team in the areas of program design, analysis, research, implementation, execution, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day compensation administration including job evaluations, salary offers, and internal equity reviews Support annual compensation processes such as merit increases, bonus programs, and long-term incentives Ensure compliance with local compensation and benefits regulations Prepare reports and dashboards for compensation and benefits -related metrics and trends Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of C&B operations Support communication and training efforts related to compensation and benefits programs Support the execution of local benefits programs including health & risk insurance, wellness initiatives, and retirement plans, etc. Coordinate with the Regional Benefits team to ensure timely rollout and localization of benefits offerings Assist in tracking and documenting legislative changes impacting employee benefits in India Maintain benefits-related data accuracy in HR systems and support audits and compliance checks Work with GHRO to provide responses to employee inquiries and escalate complex cases to the Senior Manager or Regional Benefits team Participate in benefits benchmarking exercises and contribute to reporting and analysis Work in close collaborate with HR Operations and Payroll to ensure smooth administration of benefits processes

Required Qualifications

3+ years of compensation and benefits experience within the Indian market Proven experience operating in a highly matrixed organization with multinational companies Knowledge of compensation program concepts and practices Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy Strong sense of teamwork, conflict resolution skills and relationship builder Excellent project management skills Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to varying audiences Ability to understand and relate to multiple stakeholders from various disciplines (e.g., finance, legal, operations) Business-oriented mindset Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Access and Cognos required. Familiarity with SAP and Workday a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience gained within an international, matrixed organization) Master’s degree in Human Resources/ business or related field, highly regarded
