Summary Of The Role

Business Process Senior Analyst with strong analytical, documentation and communication skills. Experienced in supporting business process improvement plans, gathering requirements, creating process documentation, and assisting with testing and user training activities. Collaborate with teams, analysing our needs, and supporting ERP and digital transformation projects. Eager to develop expertise in business process integration, enterprise systems, and continuous improvement while contributing to successful project delivery.

About The Role

Lead business process discussions and workshops.Create process flows and Business process proceduresBe the functional liaison between business and technology teams.Guide globally aligned business processes and solutions.Support organisational change management activities.Security and authorization testingSupport data conversion, cleansing, and validation activitiesHelp design Reports, Forms, Data conversion, Enhancements, Interfaces and User AuthorizationsDevelop test scenarios and test scripts and coordinate testing activitiesEnsure delivered solutions meet our requirements.Deliver end-user training.Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilisation activities.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

5+ years as a Business Integration or Business Analyst5+ years in Sales and distribution Business Process (OTC)Change impact analysis, test planning and Security, Authorization managementEnd-user management and trainingSAP, S4 is good to haveProject management experience is good to haveCustomer, Retail or Vendor support experience is good to have
