About the role

We've built a product that is already used by thousands of e-commerce brands globally. Now we're looking to take our outbound motion in the US market to the next level.

We're looking for an International BDR who can open doors with US-based e-commerce brands and create the pipeline that fuels our next phase of growth. You'll spend a lot of time researching accounts, picking up the phone, writing cold emails and LinkedIn messages, and figuring out how to get the attention of people who weren't expecting to hear from us.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the chase and likes figuring out what works. You'll work closely with our Account Executives to identify the right accounts, sharpen our outbound approach and build a strong pipeline in the US market.

What you’ll do:

Own outbound prospecting for the US market, identifying and reaching out to high-potential e-commerce brands.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other creative outbound channels.

Research accounts and understand the business well enough to make your outreach relevant rather than sending another "just following up" email.

Have conversations with founders, CX leaders, marketing leaders and other senior stakeholders to understand their challenges and identify where BiteSpeed can help.

Qualify leads based on business need, use case, urgency and buying potential, and set up high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.

Experiment with different messaging, ICPs, channels and prospecting approaches to figure out what works best in the US market.

Work closely with AEs and the broader GTM team to improve lead quality, messaging and conversion through the funnel.

Keep your ears to the ground and bring back customer and market insights that can influence our sales and product strategy.

Own your numbers. Track activity, meetings booked, pipeline generated and conversion rates, and continuously find ways to improve them.

What makes you a good fit:

You have 0 to 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales / business development, preferably selling into the US market.

You're comfortable with cold calling and can hold your own in a conversation with a senior stakeholder.

You have strong written and spoken English and can communicate naturally with US-based customers.

You are comfortable working in US time zones as required for the role.
