Your Role
Develop a deep understanding of complex distributed systems, and design innovative solutions for customer requirementsParticipate in feature design and delivery, influencing decisions with a strong bias towards quality and customer delightDesign high-level test approaches and implement detailed test plans based on the requirements to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environmentAutomate tests - executing them as part of new feature delivery and enabling automated regression runs for subsequent releasesAnalyze failures, determine root cause and drive them to resolutionDevelop independent frameworks to improve development and testing processesEngage with customers and support when needed to solve production issues
What You’ll Bring
Strong practical understanding of databasesAbility to innovate and solve problemsLove of programming - must be rock solid in at least one of these programming languages: Python, Go, C, C++, JavaHands-on knowledge of UNIX/LinuxAbility to work independentlyStrong communication skills and a strong team playerAcquaintance with Docker and/or Kubernetes is desirableBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 4 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
