Full job description

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.

Build end-to-end, functional, regression, and API automation test suites.

Develop reliable automation for critical user journeys and platform workflows.

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI / Jenkins / GitHub Actions).

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and QA teams to improve release quality.

Perform API testing using tools/frameworks like Postman, Playwright API, or Rest Assured.

Debug failures, perform root cause analysis, and improve test reliability.

Identify flaky tests and improve automation stability and execution speed.

Participate in test planning, automation reviews, and quality strategy discussions.

Contribute towards AI/LLM quality initiatives, evaluation testing, or automation innovation projects.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in automation and manual testing.

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.

Good programming knowledge in TypeScript / JavaScript / Python / Java.

Strong understanding of automation framework design, SDLC and STLC, test design techniques, debugging and root cause analysis.

Experience with: API testing, cross-browser testing, CI/CD integration, Git/version control systems.

Basic SQL/database knowledge.

Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools, LLM evaluation workflows, or AI testing initiatives.

Familiarity with AI/LLM testing concepts, including evaluation frameworks or prompt validation workflows.

Good to Have:

Experience with AI/LLM testing or evaluation frameworks.

Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools or automation workflows.

Experience with Docker, AWS, or cloud-based execution environments.

Knowledge of performance testing tools (k6 JMeter, etc. )

Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.

Experience working in product-based or SaaS environments.
