Seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to build and scale modern, high-performance web applications. This role involves hands-on development, UI architecture, and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities:

Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications.

Lead frontend architecture and best practices.

Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams.

Optimise performance, accessibility, and usability.

Mentor team members and review code.

Requirements:

6-8+ years of frontend development experience.

Strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Proficient in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.

Experience with state management (Redux, etc. ).

Familiarity with REST APIs and modern build tools.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks.

Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD.

Understanding of UI/UX principles.
