Job Title: Senior Associate – Scrum Master (Financial Services)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate – Scrum Master with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the Financial Services domain, to lead Agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, facilitating Agile practices, enabling team productivity, and ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesCoach and mentor the team on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practicesAct as a servant leader, enabling the team to become self-organized and high-performingIdentify and remove impediments/blockers to ensure smooth sprint executionCollaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to support backlog refinement and prioritizationEnsure adherence to SDLC, Agile governance, and compliance processesTrack and communicate team progress, risks, and metrics to stakeholdersFoster a collaborative and continuous improvement culture within the teamProtect the team from external interruptions and ensure focus during sprint cycles

Required Skills & Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in Scrum Master / Agile delivery roleStrong understanding of:Scrum framework and Agile methodologiesSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Hands-on experience in:Facilitating Agile ceremoniesSprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planningManaging Agile tools such as JIRA / Confluence / RTCStrong knowledge of metrics tracking (velocity, burndown, etc.)Exposure to financial services domain (preferred)

Strong leadership and facilitation skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environmentHigh adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile setup

Good to Have

Experience in ETF / Capital Markets / Investment Banking domainCertification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PSMExposure to Scaled Agile (SAFe) / Kanban frameworks

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
