Join our Scientific Production team as a Scientific Production specialist and play a key role in executing scientific production activities that support the development and manufacture of life science solutions for better health for more people. Based in Bangalore, India, you will contribute to reliable and compliant production execution within a regulated environment while supporting product quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Execute scientific production processes by performing assigned production activities within defined work packages, process parameters and production priorities to fulfil committed production schedulesEvaluate process observations, production data and quality results by applying technical judgment within established procedures to protect product quality before releaseMaintain GMP documentation and batch records by completing, reviewing and preserving required production records in accordance with quality requirements to avoid compliance-related production disruptionsCoordinate deviation, change and corrective action activities by supporting investigations, documenting findings and implementing approved actions to avoid extended quality holdsSupport production readiness by coordinating materials, equipment and operational requirements within the production area to avoid idle scientific production capacityIdentify and implement routine process improvements by converting recurring execution issues into approved improvement actions to reduce process variability
What Will Convince Us
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field2+ years of experience in scientific production, biologics manufacturing, laboratory operations or a related regulated environmentProficiency in scientific production processes and routine troubleshootingWorking knowledge of GMP-regulated production systems, including documentation, deviations, CAPAs and change controlAbility to evaluate production data, apply technical judgment and solve routine process issuesStrong attention to quality, compliance and operational executionFluent in English
