CloudSEK’s Product Suite:

CloudSEK XVigil constantly maps a customer’s digital assets, identifies threats and enriches them with cyber intelligence, and then provides workflows to manage and remediate all identified threats including takedown support.

A powerful Attack Surface Monitoring tool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers’ attack surfaces. CloudSEK's BeVigil uses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.

CloudSEK’s Contextual AI SVigil identifies software supply chain risks by monitoring Software, Cloud Services, and third-party dependencies.

CloudSEK’s AIVigil is an AI-native Attack Surface Monitoring platform that continuously discovers, monitors, and secures exposed AI infrastructure, MCP servers, leaked AI credentials, vector databases, agentic workflows, and shadow AI across the internet.

About the Role

CloudSEK runs Salesforce as the system of record for the full customer lifecycle, from pipeline through onboarding and customer success. The org has a mature, highly customized data model that needs a dedicated owner for ongoing administration, automation, and integration work.

This hire will own Salesforce configuration and development end-to-end: building Flow-based automation for the Sales-to-Implementation handoff, standing up Salesforce integrations with external systems (with more planned over time), and managing the org's security model and deployment pipeline as CloudSEK scales its use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and extend the existing Salesforce org: custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, record types

Design and build automation in Flow Builder for the Sales → POC → Handoff → Implementation process, including stage-gate validation rules

Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems, including field mapping, deduplication logic, and sync triggers

Own the Salesforce security model: profiles, permission sets, field-level security, sharing rules, designed on least-privilege, not blanket System Administrator grants

Manage the sandbox-to-production deployment pipeline using Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, or Change Sets

Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership visibility

Partner with RevOps, Sales, CS, and Implementation teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, governed Salesforce solutions

Maintain documentation of the org's data model, automations, and integrations

Monitor API usage against governor limits and daily call limits, especially for bulk data operations

Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ (quoting, pricing, and approval workflows)

Design and build custom user interfaces with Lightning Web Components when declarative tools (Flow, page layouts) aren't sufficient

Required Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce development/administration experience on Sales Cloud (3–5 years)

Strong working knowledge of Apex, Flow Builder, CPQ, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Experience with Salesforce Metadata API and Salesforce CLI (sf/sfdx) for sandbox-to-production deployment

Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST API and Bulk API 2.0

Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model: profiles, permission sets, org-wide defaults, sharing rules

Experience building reports and dashboards for sales/customer-success use cases

Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders (Sales, CS, RevOps) to scope and validate requirements

Comfortable using version control (Git) for tracking Salesforce metadata and configuration changes

Able to write and maintain Apex test classes for any custom code (not just declarative automation)

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform Developer I/II

Experience integrating Salesforce with a range of external SaaS platforms and cloud services, not limited to any single vendor( Jira, Hubspot, AWS, Azure, Git , KnowledgeBase)

Experience in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity/threat-intelligence company

Experience working in a company with active ISO 27001 / SOC 2 compliance programs, and building configuration with audit-trail and least-privilege requirements in mind

Experience with Salesforce data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench) for bulk data operations

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery workflows
