Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in full-stack Salesforce development to design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, integrations, and Salesforce architecture, along with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, and integrations.
Develop solutions while adhering to Salesforce platform constraints, including governor limits, CPU, SOQL, and DML limits.
Apply Salesforce architectural patterns, clean code principles, and development best practices to build maintainable and extensible solutions.
Design moderately complex features and contribute to product-level architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve system stability and performance.
Develop and maintain unit tests and test cases, following TDD and proactive testing practices.
Work with distributed teams across different time zones, including product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and principal engineers.
Identify hidden or missing requirements and recommend technical solutions that align with business objectives.
Participate in code reviews, provide technical feedback, and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
Mentor junior and peer developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve overall team expertise.
Manage Salesforce deployments using CI/CD pipelines and follow Agile/Scrum development practices.
Create and maintain technical and feature-level design documentation to support development and long-term maintainability.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends and recommend improvements where applicable.
Support customer escalations with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and customer focus.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in full-stack Salesforce development.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce Integrations/APIs.
Strong experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex Salesforce issues.
Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
Experience working with Java and JavaScript is preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform constraints.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of TDD, clean code, unit testing, and maintainable software development practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently on complex technical problems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience mentoring developers and providing technical guidance to team members.
Leadership and Collaboration:

The candidate should demonstrate experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, CI/CD, Test-Driven Development (TDD), clean code principles, unit and automated testing, code reviews, technical documentation, design patterns, scalability and performance optimization, and root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.
