📌 Role HighlightsPosition: Academic Counselor (Inside Sales / EdTech Consulting)Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work From Office)Shift Timing: US Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST | Night Shift)Work Schedule: 6 days/week (including weekends; rotational weekday off)CTC: ₹4.6 LPA (Open for Freshers! 🎓)

🎯 What You’ll DoConnect with parents across the US via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings. Understand students’ learning goals and recommend customized next-gen courses (Coding, AI, Financial Literacy & more!).Drive program enrollments through consultative counseling and clear value communication.Manage CRM updates and achieve weekly/monthly productivity targets.

🔍 Who We Are Looking For
