About the RoleAs the Training Lead (Sales), you won't just be "running orientations. " You will be the architect of our sales excellence. You will design, implement, and scale a world-class training ecosystem that transforms raw talent into high-performing EdTech sales consultants. Your goal? To ensure our sales force understands the pedagogical value of our courses as deeply as they understand the "close."
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive sales training playbook, covering product knowledge (Coding, Robotics, Financial Literacy), pitch mastery, objection handling, and CRM hygiene.Sales Enablement: Design high-impact onboarding programs for New Joinees (NHT) to reduce "time-to-productivity"Performance Coaching: Conduct regular call auditing and "shadowing" sessions to provide actionable, data-driven feedback to Sales Managers and Individual Contributors.Content Creation: Produce engaging training collateral, including role-play scripts, bite-sized video modules, and competitive intelligence battle cards.Data Analysis: Track and report on training effectiveness through KPIs like conversion rates, average deal value, and retention of trained staff.Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure the sales pitch stays updated with the latest product features and market trends.
Requirements
The EdTech Veteran: You have 3–7 years of experience in Sales Training, specifically within the B2C EdTech space (K-12 experience is a massive plus)The Master Communicator: You can command a room (or a Zoom call) and simplify complex educational concepts into compelling sales narratives.Strategy + Execution: You don’t just think at a high level; you’re willing to get into the weeds, listen to sales calls, and tweak a script until it shinesStrong facilitation skills with experience in virtual training tools; certification in sales methodologiesExcellent communication and storytelling skills to inspire diverse teams (academic counselors to enterprise sellers).
