Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Trainer – EdTech, US Business (WFO). The Sales Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs tailored to Bhanzu’s US market, focusing on product knowledge, consultative selling, and customer-centric communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual and in-person training sessions, creating training materials and sales playbooks, and organizing refresher workshops to reinforce best practices. The role will involve monitoring performance metrics, identifying skill gaps, and collaborating with sales leadership to align training content with business goals and market feedback. The Sales Trainer will also coach sales representatives, support onboarding of new team members, and ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions across the US business.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Trainings and Training & Development skills to design, deliver, and evaluate effective sales enablement programs.Candidates should possess excellent Presentation Skills and Communication abilities to present complex ideas clearly and engage diverse sales audiences.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and communication skills to model and reinforce customer-centric behaviors for the US market.Experience training or managing sales teams in edtech, SaaS, or consumer education businesses is highly beneficial.Proven ability to analyze sales performance data, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted training solutions.Comfort working across time zones with distributed teams, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple training programs.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
