🔹 Job RoleAs a Seller BDA, you will work in field sales, connect with property owners and customers, conduct property/site visits, explain No-broker services, and help close successful property transactions.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities• Meet property owners and customers for sales, rentals and leases.• Conduct property/site visits and assist buyers.• Explain property details, pricing and No-broker services.• Collect and update accurate property information.• Negotiate with buyers and sellers and help close deals.• Onboard property owners and promote No-broker services.• Update property and customer details in the No-broker App/CRM.• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

🔹 Requirements✅ Diploma or Graduation mandatory✅ Freshers / Up to 2 years of field-sales experience✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills✅ Two-wheeler + valid driving licence mandatory✅ Smartphone mandatory✅ English + any one required regional language
