Designation: Lead - Quality Assurance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensure that processes are efficient and productive• Manage the non-conformance process and drive timely root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions of product and process nonconformities during UAV production and post-delivery• Debug and perform system/subsystem failure analysis using root cause analysis methods• Communicate with all levels of staff and departments to resolve internal and external challenges• Ensure appropriate CAPA by respective process owners, and create roadmaps for improvement opportunities• Manage the control of non-conforming material (MRB and SCRAP Process)• Manage the control over tool and equipment accountability, availability and calibration• Monitor the safe handling and management of UAV batteries• Conduct Kaizen sessions to drive quality processes and product improvements in line with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, in accordance with ISO9001 / AS9100 requirements.
