Scopely is looking for a QA Engineer to join our Royal lounge Casino team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

What You Will Do

Write, maintain & execute test cases for studio games on mobile (Android/iOS/Kindle) and web platform covering majority of devices & browsersConduct functional and non-function testing of Desktop and Mobile applications, including network data and logsWork closely with scrum team, producers and QA lead to make sure submission meets high quality standardsActively communicate with developers and business stakeholders for conducting defect triage and reducing defect ageProvide defects root cause analysis along with corrective & preventive action planWork in agile environment and ensure timely product deliveryProvides tradeoffs, risks and risk mitigation strategiesHave detailed understanding of studio games covering various corner casesPrepare test documentation to improve the quality of the application

What We Are Looking For

3+ years of experience in software testingPassionate about gaming and must enjoy playing casual gamesGood understanding of client-server architectureFamiliarity with web and mobile platforms from QA perspectiveExperienced in test design & execution techniquesExperience with these or similar tools — Charles Proxy, Firebug, Fiddler, Jira, Test Rail,CrashlyticsAbility to write QA documentation -Test cases, Trainings, Test plans and Basic knowledge of SQL and database conceptsStrong exploratory testing skills and knowledge to apply the right level of testing approach and understanding Agile methodologies
