Engineers and scientists at JFWTC have contributed to hundreds of aviation patents, pioneering breakthroughs in engine technologies, advanced materials, and additive manufacturing.

Role Overview

Responsible for Operation, Maintenance & Trouble shooting of all Electrical Equipment’s (Transformers, DG’s, Chillers, UPS, data center, BMS,FAS,PA & all other Building operation systems).Operation and maintenance of 66KV substationResponsible for preparing maintenance schedules of all equipment’s and regulate maintenance staff in executing themResponsible for maintaining sufficient inventory for critical equipment’s related to Electrical FunctionResponsible to ensure comply with the applicable statutory for electrical equipment’s and systems. Responsible for imparting training to the new staff/technicians.Preparation of annual budgets, MIS, manpower management ensuring smooth operation.Responsible for preparation of RCA and provide appropriate action/solution for breakdowns.Provides inputs for the budget planning for the Electrical O&M activities in accordance with sites requirementResponsible for maintaining and monitoring of Electrical tools, PPE, SOP, Equipment list, History card etc.,To ensure compliance with all statutory requirements relating to Electrical equipment’s and its systems through regular Audits.Support to project team and approve electrical drawings and BOQResponsible for visiting government office like CEIG, BESCOM for submitting documents and obtaining government approvalsPosition would be individual contributor role with no GE direct reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering/equivalent with professional experience with 8+ years of experience on operation and maintenance of Electrical equipment’s at large facility. Should have valid electrical supervisor license Should have good knowledge of reading electrical drawingsSound knowledge of Electrical Standards ( IE, NFPA)Knowledge of process and services interlockingShould be familiar in reading electrical drawingsShould have knowledge about the requirements of the necessary statutory approvals required for Electrical Installations/DismantlingGood knowledge of developing electrical power distribution & load calculationGood knowledge of selection of drive components including electrical cables and other equipmentUnderstanding local language will be an added advantage
