About The Role
We are looking for a PMO to drive planning, tracking, coordination, and execution of hardware development programs across cross-functional engineering teams. The role will work closely with Hardware, Electrical, Firmware, Mechanical, Validation, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program teams to ensure timely delivery of hardware milestones.

You must have any or a combination of any of the following:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics / Engineering or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Hardware Development, or Engineering Program Management.Experience working on automotive, EV, electronics, embedded systems, or hardware products.Strong understanding of hardware product development and engineering lifecycle.Strong project planning, tracking, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, project tracking tools, and data analysis.Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.Strong communication, follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
