You will partner closely with People Solutions, Digital Technology and HR leaders to translate strategy into executable plans - providing the governance, delivery discipline and insight required to successfully deliver transformation programmes. Through a people experience lens, you will ensure solutions improve how employees interact with People Solutions; creating simpler, more intuitive and more effective experiences from hire to retire.
Success in this role will be measured not only by delivery performance, but by the employee and business outcomes achieved through the project portfolio.
About the team
People Solutions Excellence exists to drive executional excellence in HR operations, services and transactions. We help improve how People Solutions operates by making processes simpler, services better, decisions more data-driven, and change more successful.
Were a global team of experts in process improvement, people experience, service excellence, data and analytics, reporting, and project delivery. Working closely with our HR Centres of Excellence and People Solutions teams, we solve problems, streamline ways of working, and drive continuous improvement.
Our role is to create consistent, scalable solutions that work globally while allowing for local needs where required. We bridge the gap between business requirements and operational delivery; helping People Solutions deliver better experiences, stronger outcomes, and lasting adoption of change.
The HR PMO is a critical capability within this team. It provides the governance, structure and delivery discipline that turns strategic ambition into measurable outcomes. By ensuring initiatives are prioritised, coordinated and executed effectively, the PMO enables sustainable transformation and continuous improvement across the entire employee journey.
About the role

Own the HR Transformation PMO framework, establishing consistent governance, reporting, planning and delivery standards across HR CI projects and transformation initiatives.
Maintain an integrated portfolio view of priorities, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies and risks, enabling effective decision making and delivery oversight.
Partner with HR leaders to shape transformation roadmaps; translating strategic priorities into executable programmes and projects, including ownership of the PSE team workplan.
Drive delivery excellence across HR technology implementations, operating model changes, service improvements, policy harmonisation and organisational transformation initiatives.
Champion employee-centric transformation, ensuring initiatives improve employee, manager and HR user experiences across key moments that matter.
Manage governance forums, proactively managing and resolving risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
Deliver reporting and insights, providing visibility of progress, value delivery, resource demand and programme health.
Support benefits realisation by ensuring initiatives are linked to measurable business and employee outcomes.
Partner with Finance and programme leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, investment decisions and resource planning across the portfolio.
Drive continuous improvement of transformation governance, delivery methodologies and PMO practices, leveraging technology, automation and AI where appropriate.
Lead and develop HR Project Managers and the wider PMO team; setting clear priorities, performance expectations and development goals. Build capability through consistent standards, disciplined delivery, strong governance and effective stakeholder engagement.
Lead standalone HR projects and workstreams, delivering agreed outcomes to scope, time, cost and quality.
