Pegasystems is seeking Client Success Journey Designers with 11-15 years of experience who partner with executives and product/delivery teams to design and realise measurable client outcomes. You will blend strategy, service design, strong negotiation, and storytelling to align stakeholders, shape outcome-led roadmaps, and guide squads from vision to value, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and sustained impact.
Responsibilities:
Champion Pega Blueprint-based Rapid Delivery.
Deliver engagements to agreed client scope, timescales, budget, and quality metrics, as well as assisting clients to achieve the expected ROI.
Negotiate scope and priorities to protect outcomes while managing constraints; facilitate governance and issue resolution with senior stakeholders.
Tell the story of value through executive-ready narratives, data-driven visuals, and compelling demonstrations that accelerate decisions and adoption.
Coach teams on journey-centric delivery and help mature practices, templates, and playbooks that scale success across accounts.
Identify growth opportunities through realised outcomes, adoption signals, and stakeholder advocacy; contribute to proposals and SoWs.
Drive account hygiene (timely and accurate contractual documentation, Project Status Reports (PSRs), Engagement Status Updates (ESUs), forecasts, and A/R collections).
Step up to play Scrum Master or a Business Architect role as required.
Advise on Pegasystems' delivery methodology and how this can be harmonised with a client's methodology; demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum approaches to delivery.
Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts to support client time zones.
Typical Asia-Pacific project work timings are from 7 AM - 4 PM and North America/Europe projects from 1 PM - 10 PM.
PMP certification (preferred).
