Role
We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join our team. This is a Hybrid (Bangalore) role, reporting to the Sr Manager, Professional Services, SecOps in the Professional Services department. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, helping design, deploy, and optimize security solutions across complex network and security environments. You will work closely with customers to strengthen their security posture, improve operational resilience, and enable secure transformation across cloud, hybrid, and modern enterprise infrastructures. Bringing strong hands-on experience in security operations, networking, and enterprise security architecture, you will translate technical complexity into practical, scalable, and secure outcomes.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
Own the full customer engagement lifecycle, including discovery, assessment, solution design, deployment, optimization, and knowledge transfer
Assess customer security and network environments to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and implement best-practice solutions
Support customers in strengthening security operations capabilities, including visibility, access control, threat prevention, incident response readiness, and policy enforcement
Work with customer stakeholders to plan and execute migrations, integrations, and operational improvements
Partner with internal teams, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful services engagements and drive customer outcomes

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
5–8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services, Security Consulting, Network Consulting, Technical Account Management, SOC, or Security Operations
Strong hands-on experience in security and networking technologies within large or complex enterprise environments
Experience deploying or supporting enterprise security solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
Ability to lead workshops, perform technical discovery, and communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with SecOps tooling such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SASE, or Zero Trust platforms
Exposure to cloud security in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Understanding of modern threats, including risks related to AI-enabled workflows, data protection, and API security
