Maintain Bills of Materials and production structures in collaboration with Engineering and Design teamsCreate and manage production schedules that support agreed forecasts and customer delivery commitmentsEnsure production lead times remain realistic by aligning plans with material availability and manufacturing capabilitiesIdentify, escalate, and expedite material shortages while proactively addressing potential supply constraintsControl the sequence and priority of materials and services supplied to production cells across a diverse product portfolioPartner with Sourcing to resolve existing and anticipated material supply issues, including storage capacity planning, while ensuring procurement delays do not affect manufacturing timelinesSupport business functions through problem solving, stakeholder collaboration, and proactive communication with internal customersFacilitate the introduction of new products from project BETA phase through full integration into operationsCreate, analyze, and publish monthly team metrics, weekly capacity reports, and daily production order release and material issue reportsAttend daily review meetings to understand operational concerns and line stoppage issues and support resolution activitiesMonitor and report key operational performance indicators, including Delivery Reliability, Inventory, and Planned versus Actual performanceSupport S&OP and Demand Planning activities to ensure alignment between demand and operational capacityMaintain accurate master data within SAP to support planning and operational excellence

What Will Convince Us

Academic degree in a business-related disciplineMinimum 10 years of experience working in a technical environment within a production companyExperience working with ERP systemsStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operationsExperience in materials management and production scheduling within a production environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with database usage and managementEffective problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsStrong stakeholder collaboration capabilities and a customer-focused mindsetSelf-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and drive resultsFluent English communication skills
