Product Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities● Provide product support for HRMS platforms to clients and internal stakeholders.● Understand and support end-to-end HRMS processes within the system.● Analyze reported issues, replicate scenarios, and provide timely resolutions.● Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex system or database-related issues.● Assist customers through calls, emails, and support tickets with a customer-first approach.● Document common issues, solutions, and knowledge base articles.● Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues when necessary.Required Skills & Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field.● 1–4 years of experience in product support, preferably with HRMS platforms.● Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and related HR operations.● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.● Good communication skills (both verbal and written).● Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle queries professionally.● Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or Zoho Recruit is a plus.● Basic understanding of database queries and interpreting error logs (preferred).Preferred Skills● Exposure to ticketing tools or helpdesk systems.● Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client issues simultaneously.● Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
