Job Summary:

Join PayPal’s Global Product Solutions team to build experiences that address the unique needs of consumers and merchants across global markets. You’ll shape and drive the product roadmap for your domain, translating locally relevant customer needs into scalable, mobile-first solutions across PayPal touchpoints. Working across Engineering, Design, Commercial, Finance, Program Management and Launch teams, you’ll balance customer value, business outcomes, regulatory considerations, growth and monetization to bring new capabilities to market and expand PayPal’s reach.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirementsAnalyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision makingMonitors product profitability measures, including budget.Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed.Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

6+ years of product management experience preferred, with a track record of successfully bringing products or capabilities to market.Experience developing and managing product roadmaps across complex, cross-functional organizations.Experience developing products for global or regional markets and translating locally relevant customer needs into scalable solutions.Experience with mobile-first consumer or merchant product experiences.FinTech, payments, banking, or regional product-management experience is preferred.Strong product decision-making skills, with the ability to balance customer needs, business context, data and strategic priorities.Experience with experimentation and product optimization, including A/B testing and performance measurement.Strong understanding of product growth, monetization and go-to-market considerations.Strong product and visual-design sensibility with attention to customer experience and detail.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment, navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex product decisions.

Additional Responsibilities

Own and drive the product roadmap for an assigned domain, translating market-specific customer needs into scalable product solutions.Develop and launch mobile-first experiences for consumers and merchants across global markets.Evaluate growth opportunities across existing products, target audiences and customer journeys to inform roadmap priorities.Manage product request intake, feature definition, prioritization and scoping.Assess and articulate trade-offs across customer value, business requirements, legal and compliance considerations, growth and monetization.Define product hypotheses and experiments and use results to refine product experiences and roadmap priorities.Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product outcomes and identify opportunities for optimization.Assess PayPal’s strategic and competitive position within relevant markets to identify opportunities for differentiated product solutions.Partner with Commercial, Finance, Engineering, Design, Program Management and Launch teams to bring capabilities from concept through market launch.Serve as the product point of contact for the assigned domain, providing clarity on priorities, decisions and product direction.
