Responsibilities:
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for data, ML, and AI products.
Lead the development of AI-first and agentic AI capabilities across enterprise SaaS applications.
Evaluate and make strategic decisions around LLMs, GenAI frameworks, AI agents, predictive models, and AI infrastructure.
Translate customer and business problems into clear product requirements, PRDs, technical specifications, and product narratives.
Partner closely with Data Engineering, ML Engineering, Data Science, and Software Engineering teams to build and scale AI solutions.
Drive the development of analytics and data capabilities that enable data-driven product and business decisions.
Re-imagine end-to-end user experiences by leveraging AI, automation, intelligent recommendations, and conversational interfaces.
Work cross-functionally with product design, engineering, product management, sales, marketing, and GTM teams to launch new capabilities.
Identify opportunities for AI adoption across the organization and evaluate AI startups, technology partners, cloud vendors, and data providers.
Lead POCs and experimentation to evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their product-market applicability.
Stay current with advancements in generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, predictive AI, ML platforms, and enterprise AI infrastructure.
Drive product adoption, measure business impact, and continuously improve AI-powered products based on customer feedback and product analytics.
Manage and mentor product managers/product teams while driving a culture of ownership, experimentation, and innovation.
Requirements:
10+ years of overall product management experience in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments.
4+ years of experience in AI/ML-focused product management.
Proven experience working with data engineering, machine learning engineering, and data science teams.
Strong experience building and launching AI-powered enterprise SaaS products at scale.
Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, agentic AI, predictive AI, and AI/ML product development.
Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, experimentation, and product analytics.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional product initiatives involving multiple engineering and business teams.
Experience building teams, mentoring product talent, and driving organizational growth.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience with AI/ML platforms and technologies such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, Databricks, Kubeflow, Pinecone, LangChain, or similar tools.
Experience building LLM-based applications, AI agents, RAG systems, or AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud-based AI infrastructure and modern data pipelines.
Experience in automotive, mobility, supply chain, enterprise SaaS, or other complex vertical domains.
Experience managing technically complex programs spanning multiple product and engineering teams.
Strong strategic thinking, product sense, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
