Responsibilities:
Inventory and Warehouse Optimization: Automate replenishment and ensure the right SKU quantities and placements for our dark stores and distribution centers.
Last-Mile Delivery Challenges: Optimize operations so riders can deliver on time even when demand surges.
Workforce Tech: Build smart apps that improve efficiency and automate workflows for our warehouse teams and delivery riders.
Supplier, Finance, and Compliance Automation: Streamline supplier management, finance processes, and compliance requirements to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in product management.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
The ability to extract the data you need, analyze it effectively, and craft insightful narratives that drive impactful decisions without any help.
Experience with e-commerce or internet-based products is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and influencing abilities.
