About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager who can be inducted across any part of our vertically integrated technology ecosystem and help rethink how the world’s largest vision company operates using artificial intelligence.This role is designed for product leaders who thrive in complex, operationally intensive environments and can own products end-to-end across domains such as supply chain / Order management / Logistics / plant operations —with a strong mandate to embed AI-driven decisioning, automation, and intelligence into the core stack.
You will work at the intersection of business, engineering, data, and AI teams to evolve our systems from workflow-driven to intelligence-driven platforms.
What You’ll DoOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle: problem discovery, solution definition, delivery, launch, and continuous improvementIdentify opportunities where AI/ML can fundamentally change how systems work—not just optimize existing workflowsTranslate business, operational, and customer problems into clear product requirements, PRDs, and AI-informed roadmapsPartner closely with engineering, data science, and AI teams to build scalable, reliable, and responsible AI-powered systemsReimagine core platforms (supply chain, stores, people systems, apps) using predictive, generative, and decision intelligenceDefine success metrics that go beyond delivery—adoption, accuracy, automation, business impact, and trustPrioritize ruthlessly based on business value, technical feasibility, and long-term platform evolutionAct as the single-threaded owner for your product area, accountable for outcomes—not just features
What We’re Looking For5-10 years of experience as a Product Manager across B2C, B2B, or internal platforms and experience buildibg Supply chain / WMS / Store Ops/ Plant Ops / LogisticsStrong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with incomplete informationDemonstrated curiosity and judgment around AI, ML, and data-driven systems, even if not hands-onComfort working with complex, tech-heavy stacks (APIs, workflows, integrations, data platforms)Ability to partner deeply with engineering and data teams to make pragmatic AI trade-offsStrong problem-solving, systems thinking, and stakeholder management skillsClear written and verbal communication, especially around complex concepts
Nice to HaveExperience building or scaling AI/ML-powered products (recommendation, forecasting, automation, copilots, decision engines, etc.)Exposure to retail, omnichannel, Customer Experience, ERP, or large operational systemsExperience deploying products across large, distributed user bases (stores, warehouses, ops teams)Familiarity with concepts like model lifecycle, data quality, experimentation, and responsible AI
