Job Description

As a Product Lead, you will:

Own and articulate unique problem statements across multiple technology stacks and come up with platform component design for the problem domain. Take over revenue and cost considerations over and above customer lifecycle metrics for a single product along with managing multiple product lines. Create product strategy from the ground up for an assigned problem areaDemonstrate thought leadership and be the go to person for product decisions for internal and external stakeholders. Engage with external customers and stakeholders, communicate objectives and progress. Own resource planning for your pod and participate in planning for other pods.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills. At least 8+ years of experience in Product / Platform building and development. Strong business acumen and ability to partner with cross-functional teams. Contributes to business decisions regularly and proactively. Can build credibility via knowledge and judgment to persuade others. Conducts interviews for PM/SPM roles and for specific competencies
