Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Architect and design scalable, high-performance cloud-based CPaaS solutions supporting multiple communication channels (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Voice, etc.)Lead the technical roadmap and make critical architectural decisions for the platformConduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure best practices across the teamDrive technical innovation and evaluate new technologies to enhance platform capabilitiesTroubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level problem resolutionEnsure system reliability, performance optimization, and scalability

WhatsApp Domain Expertise

Serve as the subject matter expert on WhatsApp Business API, Cloud API, and messaging protocolsDesign and implement WhatsApp conversation flows, templates, and interactive messaging featuresOptimize message delivery, handle webhook implementations, and manage API rate limitsStay current with WhatsApp policy updates, feature releases, and best practicesGuide the team on WhatsApp-specific compliance and security requirements

Team Management & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers and developersFoster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team cultureConduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career developmentFacilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and ensure timely project deliveryBridge communication between technical teams, product managers, and stakeholdersRemove blockers and enable the team to deliver quality solutions efficiently

Product Development
