Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-moving, operationally intensive industry.
Strong SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, pivot tables, and advanced analysis.
Ability to transform complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.
Understanding of how data insights can influence business decisions in a fast-paced, data- driven environment.
Skilled in connecting data-driven observations to broader business goals and strategy.
Exceptional ability to present data findings in a clear, concise manner to non- technical stakeholders.
Strong narrative skills to translate insights into business recommendations.
