Please note, that this is an entry-level position.
Purpose of the role:
The Procurement Sourcing Support Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end review, validation, execution support, and workflow coordination of Professional Services Statements of Work. The role ensures that SOWs are aligned with Schneider standard templates, MSA requirements, approval rules, and process compliance expectations before PO approval. The position requires strong ownership, detail orientation, proactive follow-up, and effective coordination across requesters, suppliers, Legal, IP Sourcing, and approvers.
What you will do:
Review and validate Professional Services SOWs against approved templates, MSA references, approval requirements, and compliance checksManage incoming requests through the full review and execution lifecycle within procurement and contract management toolsIdentify missing information, template deviations, non-standard wording, or approval gaps, and drive timely clarification with requesters and suppliersCoordinate follow-ups with stakeholders, approvers, signatories, Legal, and IP Sourcing when requiredInitiate and manage contract creation, approval, and signature workflows based on delegation of authority, legal entity, and category requirementsConfirm execution status, upload the fully executed SOW to the relevant request, and complete the process once all requirements are metMaintain accurate tracker updates, status visibility, contract reference communication, and supporting process documentationContribute to process standardization, continuous improvement, and stakeholder education to improve compliance and cycle timeSupport sourcing-related projects and ad hoc procurement initiatives as required
