You’ll make a difference by:

Lead and develop the T&E team through workload allocation, coaching, cross-training, and onboarding. Manage day-to-day T&E and corporate card operations, including card applications, maintenance, reconciliation, delinquency monitoring, replacements, and cancellations. Ensure accurate and timely processing, auditing, reconciliation, and posting of expense claims in line with applicable policies and SLAs. Act as the primary escalation point for employee and stakeholder queries related to Concur, SAP, corporate cards, travel bookings, reimbursements, policy exceptions, and posting failures. Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and global process owners. Monitor SLAs, KPIs, quality, productivity, compliance, backlogs, and customer satisfaction, and address operational risks proactively. Prepare and present dashboards, management reports, governance updates, audit findings, and operational performance reviews. Support internal controls, audits, compliance reviews, system enhancements, testing, implementations, transitions, go-live activities, and hypercare. Identify recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive process improvement, automation, standardization, and corrective actions. Promote policy compliance, customer centricity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning across the team.
