Join us as Principal, Program Manager for Services and Transformation, where you'll lead strategic initiatives that redefine how we compete and win in the market. This is a high-visibility role for a transformation leader who thrives on driving change at scale.
Role Purpose
The Services Deployment Program Manager leads a team of approximately 4 to 5 Project Managers responsible for deploying CPQ4S and bFS solutions across regions, zones, and business units. The role ensures consistent project governance, predictable execution, stakeholder alignment, deployment readiness, and successful business adoption across the Services portfolio.
The position serves as the regional Services Digital SPOC that is consulted for providing Digital solutions to regional Services teams and is responsible as the principal coordinator and escalation point between Project Managers, Services business stakeholders, regional teams, BRMs, product owners, technology teams, and senior leadership
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers responsible for CPQ4S and bFS deployments.Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and accountability for delivery outcomes.Allocate Project Managers based on deployment priorities, complexity, capacity, and required expertise.Promote proactive risk management, collaboration, ownership, and timely decision-making.Build consistent project management capabilities, standards, and ways of working across the team.
Portfolio Governance and Delivery Assurance
Maintain an integrated view of CPQ4S and bFS deployments, including schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and decisions.Conduct regular project health reviews and challenge delivery status using objective evidence.Ensure Project Managers maintain robust plans and follow agreed governance throughout the deployment lifecycle.Identify cross-deployment dependencies, capacity constraints, and systemic risks requiring leadership intervention especially in the context of Unify.Provide concise, accurate, and decision-oriented portfolio reporting to SteerCo and senior leadership.Participate in the Budgeting and resource planning for the year and track the spend across resources from DTC, Project Managers and other Project teams.
Stakeholder and Business Alignment
Act as the senior point of contact for Services stakeholders across the deployment portfolio.Ensure alignment on deployment scope, business outcomes, priorities, roles, responsibilities, and commitments.Resolve escalations relating to unclear ownership, competing priorities, delayed decisions, or stakeholder misalignment.Ensure appropriate sponsorship, governance, and business participation are established for each deployment.
Deployment Readiness and Adoption
Oversee business readiness, UAT, release coordination, cutover planning, sign-off, stabilization, and transition to operational support.Ensure clear UAT ownership, entry and exit criteria, defect-resolution processes, and business approval requirements.Confirm that change management, communication, training, and adoption activities are integrated into deployment plans.Monitor adoption risks and ensure that appropriate interventions are implemented before and after go-live.Evaluate deployment success based on technical delivery, business readiness, user adoption, and realization of expected benefits.
Resource, Risk, and Continuous Improvement
Maintain visibility of Project Manager capacity, deployment demand, and future resource requirements.Ensure critical risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions have accountable owners and time-bound resolution plans.Support the resolution of delivery constraints requiring cross-functional or leadership intervention.Establish consistent project templates, governance controls, reporting standards, and performance indicators.Capture lessons learned and implement improvements to strengthen deployment quality, efficiency, and predictability
Demand Intake & Requirements Management: Capturing and shaping business needs from IO Zones
Liaise with Zone BRMs for new DCR requirements Act as the primary interface with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and DCR to capture new needs coming from the business teams in the zonesTrack progress of zone-specific Jira ideas Ensure visibility and follow-up on demand pipeline—monitor status, prioritization, and closure of requests
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Significant experience managing complex digital, IT, or business transformation deployments.Demonstrated experience leading Project Managers or managing a multi-project portfolio.Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, testing, release, cutover, change, and adoption.Experience working with global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to translate complex delivery information into concise executive insights and recommendations.Experience with CPQ, Services platforms, SAP, Jira, or comparable enterprise solutions is preferred.PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
