Requirements:

Strong backend engineering experience in any technology: Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C++, etc.

Strong expertise in system design, distributed systems, scalability, APIs, databases, and architecture.

Experience designing and building large-scale, high-performance production systems.

Candidates with e-commerce, ad tech, marketplace, MarTech, or consumer internet experience preferred.

Strong technical ownership, architecture skills, and ability to drive engineering initiatives end-to-end.

Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical direction is a plus.
