Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Power BI, Tableau, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights, developing dashboards and reports, supporting business decision-making, and driving data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and operational reports for business users.Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.Support data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes from multiple data sources.Monitor and optimize dashboard performance and user experience.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Analytics Engineering roles.

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau dashboard development and data visualization.Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and reporting best practices.Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, Tableau Calculations, and dashboard optimization techniques.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.Should be proficient in creating basic SQL queries for debugging, creating custom SQL etc, preferably Oracle or any other relational Database.Understanding and creating batch scripts/Python scripts for automation.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Analytics is preferred.Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is desirable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
