Job Purpose and Impact

The Poultry Strategic Marketing and Technology lead will contribute to strategy and oversee execution of product line activities for a single product. In this role, you will help design and implement a comprehensive product marketing cycle and guide a team that will identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out.

Key Accountabilities

Lead strategic work for Poultry- Where to Play, How to Win and execution drive with commercial teamCollaborate with Key accounts team for customer acquisition & Product positioningDesign comprehensive service offering across for species segment and subsegmentLead and collaborate on Nutrition and other consultancy team lead (Technology application Manager-TAM) like Breeder, Broiler and LayerOversee preparation and coordination of product introductions and updates, special focus required on Micro Nutrition & Health Solutions- MHS additives categorySupervise compiling and evaluating research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality. Coordinate program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations. Oversee planning, organization and coordination of assigned programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals. Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. Other duties as assigned
