We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Policy and Procedures Manager

In This Role, You Will

Manage the delivery of agreed policy/procedure updates for the Advised (Financial Planning/Wealth Advice) Journey, from initiation through approval and publication. Draft, update and maintain policies, processes and procedures so they are clear, workable for frontline and operations, and suitable for governance review. Support the translation of regulatory obligations, key risks, audit outcomes, incidents and control testing findings into actionable documentation changes, with clear rationale and traceability. Maintain document governance: version control, review cycles, approval routes, decision logs, and audit-ready evidence. Use tooling effectively (JIRA/Confluence) to manage backlog, actions, artefacts and documentation repositories Deliver end-to-end change delivery using project management disciplines: plan milestones, manage dependencies, track actions/risks/issues, and escalate early when needed. Partner with key stakeholders (Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Controls, Technology, Wealth propositions and distribution) to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and secure timely approvals. Create clear changes in communications (what changed, why, who’s impacted, effective date, required actions) and support training coordination where required.

To Be Successful You Will

Knowledge of Wealth Management and Regulated Financial Planning/Advice journeys, including Wealth Manager working practices and customer outcomes considerations. Demonstrable experience working within structured deliveries (work plans, governance, Risk Audit Issues Dependencies, dependencies, timelines) across multiple stakeholders. Comfortable working within Agile delivery environments and supporting backlog prioritization and sequencing. Proven ability to take accountability, work independently, and drive work to completion with minimal day-to-day supervision. Excellent written communication skills able to turn complex requirements into clear, consistent, audit-ready documentation. 8+ years of experience with a masters/bachelor’s degree. Review and input into key governance documents ensuring risks and issues are mitigated or formally accepted. Confident stakeholder management across functions and seniority; able to facilitate working sessions and close actions. JIRA, Confluence (or equivalent), and strong command of Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel). Advised Journey policies/procedures are current, consistent, and usable approvals and evidence are complete and traceable.
