Who Is an Ideal Fit for Us?

We are seeking a skilled, high-ownership Platform Product Manager with a proven track record of building and scaling core infrastructure and platform capabilities. You bring deep expertise in API design, developer experience, and system architecture, with the judgment to balance technical depth with business impact in a fast-moving fintech environment.

What Will You Get to Work On?

As a member of the core product team at Osfin.ai, you will:

Build Core Platform Capabilities: Collaborate directly with founders and engineering leadership to define and ship foundational platform services across our transaction intelligence platform.

Scale a Global PLG SaaS: Own the platform roadmap for reliability, extensibility, and international scale.

Shape Platform Product Standards: Establish foundational API design principles, developer experience standards, and governance as the platform grows.

What Do We Expect From You?

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with engineering, design, and business teams to translate complex FinOps requirements into scalable platform capabilities.

Platform & API Mastery: Demonstrate strong proficiency in API design, platform architecture, and system integration patterns, with a solid understanding of relational databases and RESTful services.

Technical Depth & Scalability: Evaluate trade-offs in system design, working closely with engineering to solve performance bottlenecks and support global scale.

High-Growth Startup Execution: Leverage prior experience in fast-paced startup environments to define, launch, and iterate on platform products with high agility.

On-Site Collaboration: Work full-time from our office in Bengaluru to drive close-knit product and engineering alignment.
