Lead disaster recovery planning and ensure high availability and business continuity.

Mentor junior engineers and guide technical challenges.

Conduct root cause analysis and develop strategies to resolve complex system issues.

Collaborate with leadership to enhance team collaboration and processes.

Stay current on emerging technologies like service meshes and serverless computing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

6+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure management.

Proven experience managing enterprise-level cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and solving complex challenges.

Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration tools in large-scale systems.

Deep understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform.

Advanced scripting skills in Python, Go, or Shell scripting.

Proficient in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Datadog, or ELK Stack.

Solid knowledge of security, scalability, and high availability solutions.

Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and advanced networking concepts.
