About the role As a member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for shaping our employee experience to foster an inclusive, people-first company culture.

What You will do Create and manage employee life cycle process related documents such as SOPs, FAQs to build amazing employee experience across the organization Manage third party vendor relationships for Payroll Responsible for monthly Payroll Analytics and other HR metrics reporting at the organization level Facilitate Audit related queries and follow-up on observations and closure Provide high touch support to team members by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach Actively work with the vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure all the statutory and compliance requirements are fulfilled on monthly basis Administer employee benefits and perks for both full time team members and consultants.

What you will needBachelors or Master's degree with specialization in HR field 1 to 2 years of experience as an HR professional Exceptional organizational and planning skills. We would love to have a Monica or an Amy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Hands-on experience in Excel and MS Office. Ownership and accountability for problem solving during the time of need
