Order Management Order entry and invoicingLicense Management on our online platformGatekeeping the external Audit and Company Booking PoliciesSeeking and making sure that internal business approvals are obtained for non-std scenariosHand in hand due diligence work with Sales Ops HQ teamsReporting throughout the Order to Cash cycle. Chance to participate in process improvements and ERP developments

Job Requirements

Must:

Administration skills (planning & organizing, meeting minutes, follow ups, etc) Order Management Details orientedMS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in similar positions, part of a Global CompanyERP systems knowledge, preferably in Sales module aspect (Oracle Applications/SAP)Contract Creation and invoicing Service oriented mindsetHigh ownership & determination levelProblem solving skillsAbility to perform in a multicultural environmentEnglish : Excellent verbal and writing skillsMedium to high skills in an additional language are a plus.
