ABB Group is hiring for the role of Order Management Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Deliver exceptional customer support for motors and drives by proactively managing inquiries, quotations, model sizing, pricing, and pipeline tracking using tools such as MotSize, DriveSize, CQP, OneCare, OMS, BOL, and Salesforce.

Manage the complete order lifecycle, including quotation preparation, contract support, order entry, acknowledgments, cost modeling, order tracking, and ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Service, and Factory teams to resolve customer issues related to orders, technical queries, pricing, payments, and delivery commitments.

Drive order fulfilment excellence by expediting orders with suppliers, managing logistics activities, providing delivery updates, and resolving supply chain challenges to meet customer expectations.

Support commercial and operational processes by handling invoice disputes in CFIN, preparing proposals for replacements, spare parts and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and communication.

Requirements:

Experience required 0-3 yrs for Sales Support , Order Management specialist

Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP & SFDC is value added

You are passionate about learning new process

Degree in Engineering & Proven experience in same domain is added advantage

You are at ease communicating in English & high fluency in writing
